Description: 9\" X 2 1/4\". Peacock and Grapes with Bearded Berry. The first piece I\'ve listed where the irridescence is on both sides and it is nearly opaque. Manufacturer flaw shown in 3rd image- indented line. Bright piece.The last photo is the dish held up close to a 60 watt bulb. It was suggested to me that the color was probably purple but it sure looks red to me. If there are any errors in my assertions I will certainly refund upon return.
I am liquidating my grandma\'s (RIP) beautiful carnival glass collection. She was an avid collector who did not limit herself to any pattern, color, value, or style of carnival glass. We\'ve had it displayed in our living room for decades but it\'s time for the pieces to go on to their next homes. Many have a small sticker with a number in the base for her cataloguing system which is long lost.I am giving myself a quick education but please use photos or ask a question if my descriptions or photos are lacking in the details you need.
Update from first listing: Well guess what I can\'t educate myself. Too many colors and motifs and shapes. So my lack of correct keywords could very well work to your advantage (keywords in subject line are for my reference). I\'m starting them all a little high to make it worth my while on packing and shipping. I will check for and note any chips or wear and the dimensions but for the other specific \'carnival glass\' details please rely on my photos. I am only wiping them with a soft dry cloth to clean.Shipping can be combined (please!) and I\'ll charge near actual. Returns accepted if misrepresented.
