RETURNS & REFUNDS
NO returns will be accepted on lingerie items,
makeup, health care products, wigs, or any item removed
from it’s packaging, and/or is missing it’s original tags (if applicable).

All other returns are welcome, however,
the below criteria must be followed:

FULL Refunds without FREE Shipping:
Items purchased that were ”not as described”, or “sent in error”
are refunded in full, including buyer’s shipping costs both ways
by doing the following:
1) Your written return request must be within 24 hours of receipt.
2) The item must be in its original mailing condition, sealed
in original packaging and/or tags attached (if applicable).
3) The return package must be sent using the same mailing class
as it was shipped, including delivery confirmation.
4) Must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

PARTIAL Refunds including FREE Shipping:
Items purchased with
“buyer’s error” or “buyer’s remorse”
are partially refunded by doing the following:
1) Follow the same criteria as for Full Refunds.
2) Refunds on items sold with “Buyer Paid Shipping”
is for the item’s “purchase price only”, and excludes
all shipping costs.
3) Refunds on items sold with “Free Shipping”
is for the item’s “purchase price only”, and excludes
the buyer's return shipping cost plus
the following costs are deducted:
Seller's actual mailing cost to the buyer
(plus signature confirmations or insurance if any)
Restocking Fee
(10% of net - after deductions)

EMAILS
Emails are answered within 24 hours, unless seller is on vacation
in which they will be answered upon seller’s return.
