• It's your lucky day! Standard shipping within the continental USA is FREE! We also offer expedited and premium shipping upgrades. Please click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab above to see the additional shipping options and their costs.
• We do ship outside of the continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, etc) and to PO Boxes. The costs to ship to these fabulous areas are more. Because of this, we reserve the right to bill you for these additional costs. These costs vary based on the size and weight of the item, but generally range between $5.00 and $20.00. A representative will email you for shipping payment after you pay for your item.

DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE sales

• Because standard shipping is free, there is no additional discount on multiple item purchases using standard shipping. However, for those of you who choose UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air, a shipping discount of 50% will be applied to each additional sale's shipping cost included in the same order. (You pay the highest shipping cost of one sale then save 50% on all other sales included in the order.)
• PLEASE NOTE: 's checkout system cannot automatically calculate shipping discounts on a multiple item purchases. In order to receive the discount, you have two options. (1) After you've won all sales but before you pay anything, ask us to send you a combined invoice. Normally, within 1 business day, you will be notified that your invoice has been sent so that you can for all sales, with discounts. Or (2), you can pay the full cost of shipping for all sales in an order, then send us a request to issue you a refund for the additional sales' shipping that you've already paid. We will be sure to issue you a refund.
• Using option (1) is much preferred, but this 2nd option is available if for any reason you have already paid the full shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT

• MUTIPLE sale ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY qualify for a shipping discount when paid for together.
• The discount is 40% off the shipping cost of each additional sale included in a single order. In other words, you pay full shipping on only one of the sales of greatest shipping cost then you save 40% shipping on all other sales being paid for in that same order.
• PLEASE NOTE: 's checkout system cannot calculate any discounts on a multiple sale purchases. In order to receive the discounts, you have two options:
• (1) After winning all your items but before you pay for any, ask us to apply the discounts to the order before you pay. This is the easiest option. Normally, within 1 day of your request we will notify you that the invoice has been discounted so that a single payment will then pay for all. SHIPPING TIMELINE
In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for customs, duties, or brokerage (if applicable) on all international shipments.

• Please use the checkout system to complete the purchase of your item(s).
• Orders that are not checked out via the checkout system may be significantly delayed.

• You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
• If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
• If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.
• Any return of product is also considered a cancellation of the sale since the transaction was not completed and is subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the final sale value or $5, whichever is greater.

• Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable under our 30 Day Return Policy.
• Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
• The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
• The item MUST BE free of hair.

Important Costume Exchange Information

If you need to return a costume for an exchange during the busy Halloween season, it is suggested that you reorder the size/items that you need immediately. Otherwise, it may take up to 3 weeks for the return/exchange process to be completed. Contact customer service through or 630-656-1074 so that they can make the proper adjustments to your account. Please make sure to leave your full name, phone number, your original order number AND your new order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will refund your cost of shipping for the new order if you are returning/reordering for an exchange.
