A working receiver that needs some TLC. I bought this about 5 years ago and just fired it up for the first time. It is a duplicate in my collection now, so thinning 40 years of collecting. This is a unusual and not often seen solid state receiver offered in about 1967 The receiver comes from the factory covering 80-10 meters, plus a provision for 13 optional xtals providing 200khz segments from 3.4 to 30mhz. Original knobs(3 missing silver insert), crisp lettering,excellent front panel,clear dial numbers, working S meter, adjustable BFO, xtal calibrator, rejection tuning and the standard Collins 2.1kc filter. The cabinet is not damaged or modified and the original cabinet paint is very good, but has a few scratches. Bench tested witha 20' indoor wire antenna and copied hams on 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 was not open. The S meter clear lens is cracked. I had planned on removing the meter, trimming the front off and had a thin piece to replace it, but can't find that now. All the switches need DeOxit as you have to wiggle them to seat them to work. This has the potential to be an excellent 215 for 100's of dollars less than normal. Copy of the manual and the AC power cord are included. It needs an external speaker, not included. It will be double boxed for shipment. Sold as is. Thanks for looking, Gary
