DescriptionA very handsome large-sized heavy EnglishantiqueEdwardiansolid sterling silver cigarette boxby the silversmith Joseph Braham - (1898-1904) and with full English silver hallmarks for London 1904.Excellent quality genuine113 year old silver box, impressive sizewitha hinged silver lid and with an attractivesmooth polished finish.Hasa protruding silver edge lip on the front to assist lid opening and inside it has a cedar wood lining.Original black leatherette covering on the base. Very heavy weight,approx.688 grams, including wood lining, with a large silver content. There are no added personal engraved inscriptions or monograms.
