Happy Pup Ford Fairlane Car, Japan (alps) Friction Vintage Tin Toy 1950s Great For Sale
HAPPY PUP FORD FAIRLANE CAR
You are offerding on an old tin litho Happy Pup dog driving his Ford Fairlane. The car is friction operated and made in Japan (ALPS) in the 1950s. It measures about 8" long (20 cm) and is in very good condition. The very colorful body and the black base show some wear to paint and have a couple of light scratches here and there. The chrome parts (mostly on the bumpers) show light patina (no rust). All the actions are in full working condition. The friction motor works perfectly and strong. When the car moves, the dog steers and opens his mouth and makes like a barking noise and his ears flap up and down. No missing parts. No box.
