ORIGINAL HEART OF JULIET JONES ARTWORK DAILY.....AUGUST 29, 1967......STAN DRAKE.............. NEAL ADAMS.It has been widely speculated that the daily art from this particular Juliet Jones story, which features a Joe Namath-like quarterback, was ghosted by Neal Adams. I can't confirm this one way or another, but have seen other examples from the tale being credited to Adams and sold for as much as $900. This Juliet Jones daily features a strong portraits ofquarterback Greg Delmonico and girlfriend Tamara Chaney riding in a convertible. This art is a fine example of the Juliet Jones strip from the mid-60s.................This artwork has zipatone with accompanying stains and a light blue pencil mark in the first panel (see scans), but no other condition issues.
