Bean - Kentucky Wonder Brown

(20 seeds) 60 days Distinctive for its sparse foliage and easy picking characteristics. Pods are borne on spurs extending well out from the vines. Plants are very productiove, showing good vigor and climbing ability. Pods are long, 6 to 6 ½ inches, round, smooth, very meaty, dark-green, tender, and slow to develop seed.

Beet - Early Wonder

(120+seeds) 48-60 days. Tall vigorous dark-green, 16 to 18 inch tops tinged with maroon, excellent for greens. Dark purplish-red 3 inch flattened globe bunching beet for home or market gardens. Used as a first early variety of beet for mid-summer sowing and storage. Eat beet tops before any sign of wilting for maximum flavor. Vinegar pairs well with beets. In most cases the smaller the beet the sweeter the beet the larger the beet the more ‘earthy’ the beet will taste. Walnut oil pairs very well with warm beets. To minimize the beet color from excessive bleeding leave the stem plug in place and skin on while cooking.
