All domestic items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, these are tracked & we provide a full tracking service to our buyers on all items sent.

• We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of payment being made, thus giving us time to appropriately pack the item for safe & secure passage through the mail system.

• Buyers please note,if no person is available to sign for the parcel at time of delivery, the Post Office should leave you a card informing you that your parcel is being held within the local sorting office for you to uplift same, they will only hold these parcels for seven days prior to sending the item back to the sender. We cannot be held responsible for any extra postage costs incurred due to items having to be re-sent to buyers who have failed to uplift their items, the cost to re-send will be invoiced to buyer prior to the item being posted for a second time.

• We try to keep shipping & handling charges to the minimum for our buyers,P&P quoted does include a small amount to cover our acquisition cost of packing materials such as bubble-wrap, appropriate boxes, etc. that keep your item safe & secure during POSTAGE
