Hagen-Renaker is an american company based in California that produces handmade collectible figurines.They use a special glaze that will develop hairline cracks in the finish called crazing. These are normal and are not considered flaws.

I do offer combined shipping if you\'re buying multiple figurines. You can purchase up to 3 items with no extra shipping charge, with each additional one after that costing $0.50 extra. There are however some exceptions to this, as very large figurines need to be shippedseparately tomake sure that nothing is broken in transit.
