For private buyers, we provide only 3 shipping service: Japan Air Postal (AIR), SAL or EMS.
Note that all orders are shipped according to customers' selected shipping preference indicated on 's invoice. Ryu Mei will not ship any other shipping service unless special shipping instruction requested by customers in writing.
Note that all re-shipping orders will be shipped in SAL.
Note that all insured orders that were lost during shipping will be either 100% refunded or re-shipped according to each customer's request in writing. However, non-insured orders will received neither refund nor reshipment. EMS is the only shipping service that included insurance.
