ITEM DESCRIPTION: This wonderfully detailed, handcrafted hard plastic Valentine\'s Day LAPEL PIN was made by Hallmark in 1984. It is known as the \"VALENTINE\'S BLACK SEAL with RED HEART\" lapel pin. Many of these vintage Hallmark Lapel pins aremodeled after Merry Miniatures of the same design.

This adorable Hallmark pin features the cutest little black seal balancing a red heart on his nose. He wears a festive red and white bow tie. This pin is quite hard to find in very good condition free of paint wear.

Thisvintagebroochis Hallmark item number VLP355-5 and originally retailed for $2.00. The pin has a c-clasp on the back, not a rotating on the back.
