From base to tip of finial is approximately 23 inches. The base is approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter. In good working order but you may want your local Lamp Shop to check it out before use.The base is in good condition with what appears to be a cold painted bronze copper finish. Has three adjustable light sockets all have the maker\'s mark Hubbard. Two of the pull chains have an acorn and one is a ball. The base has a few spots on it that I have not attempted to clean, probably paint splatter? I believe the finial is original to the piece.
