The processing of sale items combined with "BIN" items works best if the "BIN" items are placed in the shopping cart before attemting to check out. If you choose "Standard" shipping, the lowest cost choice, the card will be shipped in an envelope with the card between heavier card stock layers, and a "Do Not Bend" message on the outside. If you choose First Class Package, your item will be shipped between 2 pieces of corrugated cardboard in a larger mailer., also with "Do Not Bend" messages on the outside. First Class Package shipping has the benefit of package tracking. Unless you were to buy dozens of cards, the shipping cost for additional items is almost never applied when I ship with First Class Packages that contain multiple items.
