Hanover LB Sheppard Shell Cordovan Longwing Wingtip V cleat 10 D/B Burgundy #8 One pair of men\'s longwing gunboat dress shoes. Made by Hanover company\'s LB Sheppard Signature Line. Made in the USA using Shell Cordovan horse leather; double thickness leather outsole; leather heel; comfort padded arches; hidden metal lacing grommets. They are simply beatiful.
These vintage Hanover Shell Cordovan Long Wing Bluchers were made by Alden for Hanover over 30 years ago. With V-Cleat and Nails in Sole. Size 10 D/B (Combination Last sizing--D width at the ball of the foot, B width at the heel). Shoes were barely worn, minimal wear is evident, even on heels. Labels inside shoes look like new. Even remnants of the \"Hanover LB Sheppard Signatures\" label on the sole are visible. Genuine Shell Cordovan in Color #8. Leather is in fantastic shape, no cracking or cuts. Minor scuffs from normal wear on left shoe below laces and tip of toe (pictured). These would be gorgous shoes even if they were new: given their age, they\'re in fantastic shape.
Sole measurements: Width at the widest part of the ball: 4 1/2 inches (114 mm) Width at heel: 3 1/2 inches (89 mm) Overall length of sole: 12 5/8 inches (321 mm).
