This “Caretaker and Dog” sculpture is truly one of the rarest "Haunted Mansion" collectibles around. Originally released in 1999 at the "Haunted Mansion" 30th anniversary event at Disneyland, it is one of ONLY 10 in the world (13 if you count the original plus the two "Artist Proofs"). The "Death Certificate" from that event shows that the sale of these pieces was limited to 10:

While there have been other sculptures of the Caretaker and Dog sold by Disney over the years, none are as unique or RARE as this version, which was created by artist TERRI HARDIN. Alas, the Certificate of Authenticity for this piece is missing, but it is the real deal. It is signed by Terri Hardin, as shown below:

This item has been in my personal collection for years and is in MINT CONDITION from a smoke-free home. This item was not sold in any official packaging. The base for this item measures 7" x 7" and with the height of the plexiglass case, it measures 8.5" tall, with the sculpture being slightly smaller, as shown.
