This is a Victorian style solid heavy brass door knocker, made in the shape of a sea serpent, dolphin or dragon fish. It has great detail and personality, with scales, fins, curled-up tail. Comes complete with two pieces, the fish hinged on a back plate and the piece to knock it against.

The fish measures approx 6 3/4\" long x 2\" across at eyes; lot weighs almost four pounds unpackaged, very heavy, solid and substantial.
