It is the responsibility of the Buyer to understand our Shipping Policies. All International orders must transition through our California warehouse before shipping internationally, therefore some items may have an added handling fee built into the shipping charges. We want you to be happy with your shopping experience with us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we have a fair return policy for you. We allow up to 7 days from your date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, your order is considered final and binding. However, you have 14 days from your delivery date to actually, physically return the item to our possession once authorization is granted.
Exchanges must be of equal or greater value than your original ordered product(s) OR be of a different variation of size/color of the same product you originally ordered. To exchange an item, we require that you place a new order before returning your item(s) to be exchanged to insure sufficient stock is available. Exchange orders returned without a corresponding replacement order will be treated as a return and a restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
Except for defective or incorrect item returns, all returns will incur a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories. Any returned item(s) received with missing articles or without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid. If your order was shipped for free, we will refund your order minus our actual cost of postage. Shipping Costs on returns and/or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We're not liable for shipments lost in transit.
Please expect a return processing time of up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return; for a refund to be applied to your original form of payment.
Q: Where is my item? I'm in the US & I have not received my order yet. What's going on?
Please check your tracking number. If it says that your item has been delivered then you need to call your post office to see if they are holding a package for you. Sometimes they attempt a delivery when you're not home and they forget to leave a note in your mail box for you to pick it up. If the tracking indicates it was delivered by UPS, please call the UPS to find out if they misplaced your package.

Please check your tracking number. If there is no update on your package's status, please contact your country's customs agency because it might be possible that your shipment has been held for further inspection. 99% of all International shipment delays occur in the Customs Department. Also, remember, USPS First Class mail will NOT have step-by-step tracking info available online. If your tracking number indicates that your item has already been delivered, please call your local postal service to see if they are holding a package for you.

Q: What's the real difference between Human Hair vs. Synthetic Hair?
Synthetic wigs are easier to care for & lower priced. Synthetic wigs, however, are not designed to accept a permanent wave or color change & can be permanently damaged by the use of curling irons, blow dryers or hot rollers. A human hair wig is the most natural looking option. It can be cut, styled, permed or colored to suit your personal taste. Human hair wigs are more durable than synthetic wigs. However, human hair wigs will be more expensive than synthetic wigs & require more care. They have to be shampooed, dried, styled and conditioned, just like your natural hair. Like your hair, they can lose their style if they get wet and frizz on humid days.
Q: I want to buy other items from your store - does Halloween Wigz offer combined
Yes. As long as you wait to pay until you're finished shopping with us, all items under the same User ID will automatically be consolidated into your shopping cart. All shipping discounts will automatically apply to your order total.
Q: What's the difference between Paypal E-checks and Paypal Instant Payments?
Paypal instant payments are credited instantly to our Paypal account and we are able to ship your order immediately. Paypal E-checks require an average of 4-7 days to clear and we will ship your order after Paypal has cleared your E-check. In order to make instant payments with Paypal you must have a valid Non-Expired credit card linked to your Paypal account and have your Paypal transactions deduct from your credit card. If your credit card is expired then Paypal will automatically withdraw money from your bank's checking account to complete the transaction. Any payments made from your checking account through Paypal is an E-check.
Please do not leave negative response without contacting us first. You can normally expect a reply or resolution within 24-48 hours. Halloween Wigz prides itself on top notch customer service. We will fix any and all order errors, mis-shipments, and any other issues if given the opportunity to do so.

When leaving response, you will be asked by to complete a Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) in four areas. A rating of 4 out of 5 stars in each area would normally mean that we fulfilled our transaction obligations admirably . What you are not told by is that if a seller's DSR average drops below 4.6, it is considered to be unsatisfactory performance and will penalize that seller. Any DSR s of less than 4.1 will get a seller suspended. In other words, a rating of 4 in any one category is unsatisfactory according to , but buyers may not be aware of this information. If we have failed to earn a 5 star rating in any one category, please email us and give us a chance to earn it. We need all 5 star ratings to continue to stay on . We want you to rate our performance honestly and we believe this is information you should be aware of when doing so.
