Pair of 2 Hollywood Regency Marble Top Nightstands or End Tables !!!

Great Hollywood Regency style tables! Carved wood base in a Baroque gold finish. Travertine marble tops! Tables are authentic vintage items from the 1950\'s-1970\'s mid-century era, but the marble has recently been replaced.

Each table measures approx: 19\" wide X 19\" deep X 27\" high

Note that one leg of one table has been replaced and is slightly different from the others (shown in photo # 6). If you put that leg against the wall and on the inside closest to the bed or sofa it accompanies, then no one will see it (as shown in photo # 2). Depending on how table sits the replaced leg may need an adjustment for balance.(I sold a pair of almost identical tables for $300 this past March, so I\'ve taken more than $100 off for any issues.)

Pieces show normal wear for their age with nicks and scratches to the wood bases, and marble. Table bases were painted gold at some point and the paint is worn looking and uneven with an antique-y aged look. Overall very classic stylish pieces. Baroque / Louis XV or XVI / Rococo furniture like this commands lofty prices, with tables like these selling in the 4 figures.

Travertine tops just sit on wood bases and remain in place by their weight (you could add adhesive if desired). The travertine is a honed finish and can be sealed if you want to make it water resistant and darken the color. The edges are unpolished and Travertine has air gaps in it so those may show on the sides.

Items have been in storage and will need cleaning.

response--It has become a custom on , that the buyer initiate response and then for the seller to respond.
