This little(no pun intended!) beauty of a gemstone measures a huge 10mm x 8mm andweighs a staggering 7.14CTs ofbeautifully Naturalfaceted deep red Madagascan Garnet.Normally, the largerthe gemstone, thelessdepth ofcolourthere is. This gemstone is a beauty. Full of glorious rich red wine color andnear flawless(eye clean). The shoulders of this Leviathan of a pieceare set with 12 Round Cut 2.00mmnatural Amethysts in a channel setting and with a further 1.50mm Amethysts inset within theshoulders/band.You can see from the images that the gemstones are beautifully facetedtooptimize the way the gemstone refracts the light upwards. This must beone of the largest natural Garnet settings I have seen.The large proportions of this Goliath of a piece do not stop there. TheGemstone isencased in what we call a solid Gold \"Tank\"setting and this runs allthe way around the piece with a design carved on the sides.
The bandis nice and thick with plenty of gold. Starting at 12mmand tapering to3mm.All this in 6.50grams of solid glorious 9K/CTGold.A substantial ring that will and I mean will getyou noticed. Not for the faint heated.
