This is a fabulous square \'piano shawl\' with mouth-watering multi-coloured and densely-packed embroidery featuring flowers and birds of paradise. The main body of the shawl is 48\" square. Around 78\" including the fringe and \'macrame\' part which adds at least 15\"all around. There is certainly a strong Chinese/Japanese/oriental feel about it. The embroidery is also double-sided and equally good quality on both sides - the 8th/9th photos attempt to show this. It would be a spectacular piece for a 1920\'s style outfit or to dress a room or set in bohemian style. Please feel free to ask any questions.
