measured with bell ..approx 20\" canopy for ceiling mountappears to be cloth wiring i cant check up under the bell I personally csannot remove it Its a small screw of some sort but not a typical one and with nails i cant get anywhere removing itWhat i see tho is superb in condition the milk glass is in the 16\" tall range with no damage visually seen Buying as shown
