An interesting WW1/WW2 and later Aylwardfamily medal group to include:
WW1 Royal Navy British War Medal named G.W. Aylward
QE11 Imperial Service Medal named George William Aylward B.E.M.
Remembrance card for Mr George William Aylward O.B.E dated 22nd Oct 1969
Boxed 7 medal WW2 Group including
1939-1945 Star, Italy Star, France & Germany Star, Africa Star, Defence medal and 1939-49 War medal and accompanying issue slip, all unamed but the box is addressed to Mr H.W. Aylward, 16 Cressy Road, Portsmouth. Soldiers release book, service and pay book for Spr H. Aylward, health memoranda for soldiers.
Also included are photographs, copy of Christmas greeting, various WW2 currency including French francs, Algerian francs, and Italian lira soem being signed by Spr Aylward.
Condition: All in good originalcondition as per photos with the only real issue beingthe cover on the pay book being loose
