Items and condition : items are carefully described and standard philatelic terms are used to explain

condition , quality and specifics of philatelics. We also provide a Front and usually also a back scan or

photo of the item sold. In case of 3 dimensional objects - more angles of view are provided.

Shipping : We ship internationally (except countries with no postal ties to Israel - Algeria, Chad,

Cote d Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Libya, Niger,Angola,Syria,Nigeria, Afghanistan,Iran, Iraq, Kuwait,

Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar,Bahrain, Yemen,Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates).

Items are shipped mostly through Basic Registered mail with in 3-4 days from payment time.

Basic Registered has proved safe and takes usually a 7-10 business days to arrive. In certain

cases near vacation or for other postal associated delays delivery can take longer (14-17 business

days) .Shipping can be done also through EMS expedited delivery (2-5 business days) .EMS shipping

is done upon buyers request or if item's value exceeds 300$.If item's value is over 300$ EMS might

be obligatory due to customs and security reasons.EMS is shipped within a business day upon

cleared payment. Combining items for shipping is possible and will usually be 50% for second item,

25% for third forth and etc.Item that will receive the discounted shipping will be that with the lower

shipping cost and not second or third in order purchased.When estimating shipping time please do

not forget holidays and weekends. Please notice that all customs fees and port taxes are on buyers

responsibility. Items are shipped 2-4 business days after payment is cleared and within 1 day for special

delivery. We put special attention for packaging and items are custom packed. In some cases

when items are large an additional charge (2-4$) will be included in the shipping cost. This extra charge is

for covering partially packing cost and the extra weight shipping cost due to the size of the package.

Shipping cost is different from destination to another (especially in high end expedited shipping). Cost

As we can not include all countries cost we give an average cost of

general locations - in case of considerable difference in actual shipping charge in post office we will refund

the customer with the difference. This happens rarely as in most cases the difference is a negative

difference (post office charge for seller is higher than amount paid by buyer) and seller absorbs

the cost at no extra cost to buyer.

easily open one at paypal.com . However if that is not possible or desired then it is still possible to

enter the paypal site and pay through a variety of payment methods including credit cards,debit cards,

e checks,bank transfers etc.We also accept payment through moneybookers(Skrill) and that can also

be done with a moneybookers account or by through the site with other payment options.

If none of these ways a acceptable by the buyer he will need to contact us prior to purchase and

other payment options will be revised.

Returns : We accept returns for legitimate reasons.

For returns item needs to be sent in original package and condition,

and shipped within 14 days from arrival of delivery of goods to customer. Once returned

item will be checked for content and condition and a full refund will be issued.
