Thedials are replacements, but are in very good condition (see picture).
Old pendulum and key are included.
I believe the case wood to be solid walnut.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer them.

In the interest of full disclosure...............the clock stopped today after running for 4+ days. I restarted it and it is still running, but I wanted to mention this.

and this just in.............
lkwd,I see you are getting questions about clock so I will tell
you what I can tell from the pictures. Your clock is a 8 day time only, with
the Hubble movement. The top finial and probably the two side pieces are
replacements, and the the bottom drop looks to be new replacement. The calendar
hand is not right. As you said both dials have been replaced and the case has
been refinished. The clock is probably a 1868-1869 model. Michael
