I found one for sale on a Russian site and they identified it as a collar insignia button from the household guard of the Kaiser. It has the PrussianEagle surrounded by the garland of the Black EagleOrder of Prussia. It is silver on red brass or tomback and is markedI.C.M. which is for the I.C. Maedic Company of Berlin. It measures1and 1/8 inches in diameter and is highly vaulted and the shank is not bent. Really beautiful! A Wonderful addition to any collection!
