Imperial German Schutztruppen Colonial Belt Buckle - Rare Reichsmarine Navy Ww1 For Sale
Up next is an ORIGINAL and scarce Imperial GermanSchutztruppen or Sea Marine (Seemarine) Model 1895 enlisted brass & silver belt buckle worn by the Imperial German Schutztruppen German Expedition Korps, and the 3rd German Colonial Troops between 1884-1918. The Schutztruppen, which was comprised of the so-named Expedition Korps, and the III. See-Bataillon of the Imperial German Marines were the forces whose charge it was to protect Germany's far-reaching colonial possessions in China and Africa. Pictured here in an original photograph are men of the III. See-Bataillon Marine stationed at the German Naval base at Tsingtau, China. This buckle is guaranteed "righteous" and original, pre-1918 manufacture. If I have misrepresented this buckle, I will refund the purchase, minus postage ... However, buyer's remorse or an upset spouse does not qualify as an acceptable reason for return. :-) Please study the buckle photos carefully - notice the correct die strike, the overall wear and fine signs of wear on the reverse that are all but impossible to fake. This buckle has been examined and certified authentic by one of the original German belt-buckle-book authors ... unlike many colonial buckles nowadays, this is one that can be bought with confidence. Postage and handling will be $10.00 in the 48 states. More overseas, and if overseas, buyer assumes full responsibility for delays, pilferage, Customs, et cetera. Happy to answer your emails. Good Luck offerding!
