Important Japanese Edo Period Imari Scalloped Bowl:
Important and rare Japanese Edo Period (1603-1868) Imari porcelain bowl.
Looks to be Kinrande style bowl using underglaze blue overglazed red and gold enamels.
This Museum quality bowl is skillfully painted on both sides and consists of scalloped design of 32 panels and razed center flower.
Signed on the back and seems to be in a very good antique condition except an old restoration visible on the 11th picture.
This bowl came from the very important collection of Japanese porcelain.
