Before offerding… make sure you have read the description carefully. I describe the condition of the item; markings, dimensions, flaws, and other comments to help you understand what may not be seen in pictures.
Ask questions: Always, always, always do this if you are unsure about what you are offerding on or need to know ANYTHING about the item. Message me on and I will promptly reply. We all work hard for our money- if you’re going to spend it with me, I want you to be satisfied.
Shipping: Shipping costs on sale items are calculated along the basis of item weight and size. I WILL NEVER tack on handling fees or “made up” service charges.
Combined Shipping: When multiple items can be packed together to save money and ship safely, I gladly will. I make nothing on shipping. Simply request an invoice before paying.
Payment: this is simple, Pay Pal. It’s free to register and cost nothing to use. Payment is politely expected within 48 hours of winning the item. If the item is not paid for within 4 days, will open an unpaid item case automatically. I will not turn off the unpaid item case. So this is pretty simple- If you are the winning buyer, Please pay for it.

Returns & Damaged Items: If your items arrives damaged: Step #1, Relax. It’s insured (at my expense) and you WILL BE REFUNDED by me through Pay-Pal. Step #2, Contact me so I can get everything started. I will file the claim and refund your full purchase price plus the cost of shipping. I may ask that you keep the item a few days before discarding or email me some pictures in case there is a dispute on the insurance claim. Simply put, I will handle it. You’re out nothing.
I ship everything with Delivery Confirmation. Items with a selling price of $200 and over will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Lost in transit items: If you think your item is lost, contact me. I’ll do everything I can to locate it, even if it means calling a postmaster somewhere and saying, “Hey! We have a problem!” Believe me, I’ve done this before and it works. Just keep in mind that occasionally packages get held up in warehouses or sorting facilities. But your purchase is insured against loss (at my expense) However, patience often pays. If not, it’ll take about 30 business days before I can file a claim and issue a refund for loss.
If you receive the item and you feel it was grossly misrepresented, (this will not happen if you look at the pictures, read the description and ask questions) Or you simply changed your mind and no longer want it. No problem. Contact me and let me know it’s on its way, email me a tracking number for the package, and then just use the same box, and same packaging. When the item arrives in undamaged condition, I will refund the PURCHASE PRICE. I WILL NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE.
