Sir you came to hand in autum I sent you bills from M. Menifee all paid. I could rent the place for $20 and run the chances of collecting at the end of the year from Poor Men for only such would want it So I think it best to rent to Davidson at $15 for he will pay it without trouble he has paid the four years rent all up and he will take better care of the place than stranger would do We will try and make the rent pay the taxes of the $10 you sent me there is left in my hands 92 cents after satisfying Manifee's claim If you have no objections I will keep it as fees for my trouble.
