Israel Scott #J1, 1st Postage Due 3m issue on inland taxed cover sent from Tel Aviv to Rehovot June 1948 franked 8m instead of 10m; should have been taxed 4m for double the deficiency, but there was no 4m postage due franking (availability was either 3m or 5m), hence taxed 3m. Nice cover!
