This biscuit jar has a bulbous shape andknob finial. Handpaintedpink and purple roses over pale yellow background with claret and deep green bands with gold overlay.The mark on the bottom is in bluehand written Kanji (unknown).
The lid has one chip underneath and two short hairlines.The bottom oftwo spots where it did not get glaze and that is what you see as darker areas in the photo. This is not damage.
