Please note that the small black spot on left in middle was on the mount and not on the stamp. Jamaica #3 Queen Victoria 3p green with watermark 45 in mint, lightly hinged and fine to very fine condition with a Scott Cat. value of $170.00.
The numbers in (?????) are only my inventory control numbers to insure you receive the lot that you are offerding on.
