PRODUCT WARRANTY

2 Year Seller Defect Return to Base Warranty- This Janome 19110 product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for the period of 2 Years.

If service is required during the warranty period, please contact Jazzy Bazzar on jazzbazzar@yahoo.com. The Product will be replaced with a New Janome 19110 Sewing Machine condition to stock availability or 100% money refunded.

This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Janome.

Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.
This warranty does not cover transportation to and from Jazzy Bazzar. The Faulty Janome 19110 Sewing Machine will be shipped/transported to Jazzy Bazzar and back to owners address at owners cost.

60 DAYS - CONDITION OF RETURNS

Returns will be accepted in the unlikely event that the item you received is significantly different to the item described in the listing. Product should be returned back in its original packaging with every component / items / accessories (where possible) and the packaging polystyrene foam inside included with the product supplied to you. The Product should not damaged except for the normal wear & tear against the use of the product as a sewing machine. Damaged products will NOT be accepted back . Exception to receiving a damaged product, which should be notified to us immediately within 3 days of receipt of your JANOME Sewing Machine. Once the Item has been received by us, your money would be refunded using the same mode (Mode by which you made your payment).

So if your countries power supply is 220v-240v you will require a Australian Power Plug Point Adaptor to suit with your countries power plug point. Not suitable for countries not having their power supply in the 220v-240v range.
