1) Since napaJapan ships to all over the world our customers are responsible for determining whether products are allowed into their respected countries. Also, napaJapan is not responsible for paying any duties that may be incurred during the Customs Inspection Process within our customers\' country.
2) Typically we process orders within 48 hours from receipt of your cleared payment. Payments received after 4:00pm EST Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday Japan time. Please note that Japanese holidays differ from Western holidays so there can be additional delays. From time to time we take a short break to recharge our batteries but we will notify you of any processing delays in advance when this occurs.
3) There are times when product wrappers/boxes/packetsshown on are slightly different due to promotions, campaigns, and events. If you are a collector of Japanese product packaging it may be a good idea to contact us first to ensure you receive the package style you are anticipating.
4) Chocolate can melt. So if you order during the hot summer months there is a possibility that chocolate products could soften or stick together.All chocolate products are stored in a cool location and while in my possession are NEVER exposed to direct sunlight or high ambient temperatures. Throughout the postal system it is rare for these chocolate products to get heat-damage, even during the summer months. If your post box is outside or you use the slowest shipping method (SAL) during the summer, you MAY have melting issues. However, I have shipped thousands of orders during past summer months with absolutely no problems. Chocolate will always be harder in winter months so I recommend putting your order in the refrigerator for an hour upon receipt of the order to completely firm the product.
5) We all want to receive our orders quickly but we must acknowledge the postal system is a complicated connection of transport companies. The estimated times of delivery for each shipping service are just that. Many unforeseen events can delay orders arriving on time. These include Customs checks, back-ups during holiday seasons, poor weather, delivery attempts with nobody home etc. We recommend you purchase tracking for your order if you want to know where your order is at all times. Please choose Registered Mail or EMS for tracking.
6) If you have allergies or there are ingredients you cannot consume, it is important you contact us before you purchase the items. We can provide ingredient lists however it may take some time for the translation. Please note that most candy kits and chewy candies contain gelatin which often contains animal fats.7) If you have any issues or problems with your order PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE LEAVING response.
