Our Peruvian workshop was found through Aid to Artisans, a non-profit organization that connects designers in America with artisans in developing countries to promote fair trade. In response to a former question.I can not verify the authenticity. I purchased it second hand, and you would be purchasing it as is. If I recall correctly, there was not a signature but a felt covered bottom. It is very heavy and looks in every way-shape-and-form like an original Adler.
