Dispatch and Shipping

all items are shipped as quickly as possible, if there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you immediately to inform you of any delay.

Domestic Shipping

I aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of payment clearing; all items dispatched to the UK are sent via a tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. They are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Unless a standard non tracked delivery option is chosen. Please be aware that dispatch times will vary but we will dispatch the item as soon as is physically possible.

International Shipping

I offer shipping worldwide, items within the EU are sent via Royal Mail Airsure tracked delivery, International items (shipped outside of the EU) are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service depending on size and weight; all items are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the importer.

Some items are made to order or special orders; therefore dispatch times may vary (up to 28 days) but will be sent as soon as possible.

The returns process

1. Select the reason you\'re returning the item and where you\'d like to drop-off your return (your choice of Collect+ or post office locations). 2. Print the provided return postage label. Any postage charges are paid using PayPal. 3. Package the item carefully and apply the package label. 4. Send the item back to the seller. Please return the item as you received it, with all tags attached in the same condition as you received it.
