Vintage 1956 Mint in Box - Instructions - Shipping Carton DESCRIPTION:
This is a vintage 1956 K&O Johnson 30 Sea Horse Toy Outboard Motor in mint condition. It has the original box in very good condition with light shelf wear. It has what's left of the original cardboard inserts that have a lot of storage wear. It comes with the original instruction sheet in very good condition. It even comes with the original K&O shipping carton. It is just a cardboard wrapper covered in brown paper tape with the original K&O address label and postage label dated Oct 3rd, 1956. I have a Fleet Line Marlin wooden boat up this week also and we are always happy to combine orders to reduce shipping costs. This motor was purchased by the original owners father to replace a defective Mercury Outboard that came with his boat, hence the separate shipping carton.

We take pride in offering some fantastic vintage collectable items and almost always at just a $9.99 starting offer regardless of our investment or value. The buyer decides what it's worth. No one likes paying taxes or shipping costs but it is a necessary part of the total costs on your order. Because we run true sale sales and there is no way to add costs to the item's price, the costs must be added to the winning offers. All of our shipping charges are clearly stated and will be the exact amount you will be invoiced so there are never any surprises. Starting in Recently in their infinite wisdom has starting charging commission fees on the shipping charges in addition to the selling price. When questioned in the town meeting how we will recoup these charges they stated "just charge more to the customer" while recommending keeping the shipping charges low! We have never made money on shipping and are now forced to increase our handling charges to offset the new fees. Please use the postage calculator so that you know exacting what the costs are prior to offerding. Remember that the further you are from the East Coast (zone 1) the higher the shipping charges will be. There are no hidden fees. Some items that are fragile will have mandatory insurance added. Please keep this in mind when you review your shipping charges and this is also the reason we had to make the hard decision to discontinue all international sales. We encourage the buyers to leave response to let is know that they have received their item and they are satisfied but as response is tied into the DSRs on our seller account, please only leave high response or contact us if there is a problem. If there is any issue with your purchase and we will be happy to work things out.
CONFIRMATION: You will receive an e-mail invoice after the sale closes for the total amount due with any shipping options. Your postage will be based on your registered zip code or country based on the weight and size of your package using the shipping calculator. Your order will be shipped to your registered Pay Pal address.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING: NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! The USPS shipping rates, handling & insurance are clearly stated in the ad and this is the exact amount you will be charged. No surprises. All shipments come with tracking and are uploaded by Pay Pal the day the your postage is confirmed. Shipping costs are based on the winning buyers shipping address and the weight and size of your package using the postage calculator. We ship from zone 1 (New York) ~ the greater the distance or the higher your zone number (West Coast is zone 8) the higher the shipping charges. Note: There is a 2.00 handling charge for all orders to offset fees only. Save $$$ on shipping for multiple purchases! We generally ship on Monday and only once a week so all payments received by Sunday PM will ship the very next Monday. Payment received later than Sunday night will not ship until the following Monday (5 days or less).

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the new commission changes, Pay Pal only recognizing shipping with tracking numbers and the 6050W regulations it has made it unprofitable to ship internationally due to the high shipping costs and commission fees. The fees for international shipping averages between $3.00 and $6.00 on top of the Priority shipping costs plus Pay Pal charges an extra 1% on all international transactions.
