Return Policy
All returns made to London Black must be in new and unused condition with tags still intact, care card and dust bag. Buyers will be responsible for any return shipping cost unless an incorrect item was sent out on behalf of London Black. When sending item back for return, we recommend you use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended. All returns must be within 14 days, after that time London Black is no longer responsible. All items must be inspected and approved prior to issuing a refund.
