This is an excellent Stereo card of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. It is from a Keystone “Tour of the World” 600 card set (the cards are numbered 1 to 1200) from the 1930's. The card is titled "The Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars from the Trocadero Palace, Paris, France" and is numbered 412 with a Keystone negative number of 29609 . This card is in near mint to mint condition and measures 3 1/2" by 7”. The back of the card is printed with information about the subject. Stereoviews or stereo cards have two nearly identical images mounted side by side. When looked at through a stereo viewer they give a three-dimensional image. Most popular from 1854 to 1938, they were produced in vast quantities, and many are of historical interest. They usually measure about 3 ½” by 7”.
