Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by seller. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs prepaid by seller & not added to the customer\'s order. A 20% restocking fee applies. Requests must include Order ID # & e-mail. We ask that you read policies below prior to requesting a return. RMA\'s and returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt. Do not ship back used, damaged, incomplete or ineligible merchandise for a refund.

PayPal fees associated with currency conversion for refunds of International orders are not refundable. These fees are assessed to merchants when processing refunds for any reason. The standard transaction fee of $0.30 per order, the currency conversion transaction fee of $0.30 and the currency conversion charge that equals 3.9% of the total order will not be refundable. Refunds will be issued for the total order less the currency conversion charge and less both transaction fees.
