Loetz Iridescent Art Nouveau Roses Vase Sterling Hallmarked Band Antique. The base stands 5 1/2” high. The hallmark is T P which I can not identify then the anchor for Birmingham England; the lion for sterling silver and a lower case d to date the vase between 1900-1905. There are no chips or cracks and the painted flowers look to be in good condition. The sterling band shows wear and the vase needs to be cleaned in detail to acquire its true beauty.
