L. Stephano 44\" x 34\" Framed Original Stephano’s passion for art was evident at very young age. This passion led him to become student of many prominent artists. He developed his impressionistic technique and color palette, and mastered the uncompromising oil paint. His brushwork allows subtle harmony speak not only of his mastery for technique, but for his artistic sensibility. For decades, he has painted landscapes inspired by studies of Southern France and Great Britain. His images are never the literal transcriptions of what he has seen; they rather focus more on the memory of landscapes. Stephano. What information I know about this artist is that he was born in 1948 in Seol, Korea. Stephano is known as a landscape painter and master of his medium oil, and of his impressionistic technique. For decades he painted landscapes inspired by studies of southern France and Great Britain. Unfortunately I don\'t know the age of this painting, however it seems to be in very good condition. It has a beautiful \"wet-like\" sheen and is painted mostly with soft and vivid green colors as well as earthy tones. The subject matter is a landscape with trees and foilage, houses near a pond and a figure walking down a curved road. The painting is signed at the bottom right hand side, L Stephano. (See Photos) From what I can tell, it looks to be painted on a linen canvas, but I\'m not really sure. This size of this canvas is 12X16 inches and is mounted onto a wooden stretcher. I\'m sure this would make a great addition to any landscape painting collection.This painting is also mounted into a neutral colored wooden frame. The frame also has a cloth liner.
