Unusual equestrian large shell cameo features a horseshoe framing a scene with a jockey and a horse. Rose gold filled twisted rope frame. Very good antique condition, no chips or cracks in the cameo and the shell has good luster. The frames\' gold layer is intact and the hinge, pin and C clasp work perfectly. Measures 2 1/4\" top to bottom, 1 7/8\" widest and 1/2\" deep and weighs 17.7 grams. Dates late 19th century.offer with confidence. I strive to describe items to the best of my ability.
