COURT FIGURES & DRAGONS!!

a Magnificent antique Chinese porcelain plate with Canton famille rose decoration! Painted to the central with Terrace Garden scenery of Chinese Court Officials, surrounded by clouds and facing dragons chasing the flaming pearl. The rim of the plate with painting of a Chinese story or play. Nice colours and many figures. Hard to find with this all over painting!

age: Daoguang Period 1821 - 1850

condition:

One star-shaped hairlinecrack in the centre part of the plate. Two chips on the rim and several mini-hairlines on the edge of the plate. Signs of use/wear on the enamels. Please ask questions if not clear. I will answer as soon as possible.
The plate is not perfect but still very collectable!
