LARGE HEAVY DUTCH ANTIQUE BOMBE FORM SILVER TEA CADDY WINDMILLS BOATS 1878
An exceptionally nice example of a Dutch six sided bombe shape tea caddy, set upon four ball feet.
The body well and profusely chased with scenes of windmills and boats.
Invery nice unworn, unbruisedcondition.
Hingeworks well. Lid closes firmly.
Lovely old patina. A very nice item.
Bears Dutchsilver assay marks for 1878 as per photos.
Approximate dimensions: 11cm x 7.5cm; height to top of finial10cm.
