This is a large Japanese bronze koro with magnificent shi shi finial to the scrolling cloud design pierced cover. The body is of pumpkin form with mounted prunus blossom and brids and spectactular mythical beast handles. The burner section is also of pumpkin form standing on three scrolled feet mounted on a circular plinth.Marked to the base with a circular seal mark.Height approx 49 cms.
