Large~lady & Cupid ~ Sterling Silver Cigar Humidor Box Victorian Antique Nouveau For Sale
Offered for sale is a large gorgeous, original antique sterling silver and cut crystal cigar humidor made by fine American silver maker Wallace. The sterling lid has a beautifully ornate design featuring a lovely young lady kissing cupid. The details and quality of this piece are fantastic. The cigar humidor measures 5 3/4" tall and has a 4 3/8" diameter. The side of the lid is clearly marked "Sterling" with the WALLACE hallmark and the number 904. The sterling lid is in overall good to very good condition. There are no splits, pin holes or repairs. There are only some small dings on the side which can be seen in the pictures. There is no monogram. The lid fits perfectly and is original to the jar. The cut crystal portion is inoverall goodcondition. There are some small flea bites and chips. There are two larger chips that are about 1" in length. They are not distracting to the beauty of this large, impressive piece. This is a really unique and beautiful antique cigar humidor.
