This is a personal letter written by Marcellus L. Jacobs, in response to a letter from my father, in 1978. The letter is signed by Mr. Jacobs. Among other things, it mentions Mr. Jacobs collaborations with NASA and his early work and interest in alternative energy. It is quite interesting! I would love to see this letter and the accompanying materials be in the hands of someone who has the same interest in early wind power as my dad did.
