CAPITAL E JEANS, often referred to as BIG E, are created from the same specifications from over 100 years ago. Levi Strauss & Co. is please to announce a very limited edition reissue of our own VINTAGE BLUE JEANS.

The limited edition vintage jean from Levi Strauss & Co. is made with great "Capital E" regard to genuine detail and is only available in very small quanities. They dusted off their original narrow 28" looms for the sole purpose of making their vintage blue jean. Notice the jean's rich texture and the slightly irregular weave. This "slubbed" 12 1/2oz. denim has great character and fades to a soft blue patina, the way it used to. The "E" is characteristic of the detail that went to Levi's first pants over 100 years ago. Today Levi Strauss & Co. is proud to reissue their vintage blue jean. Levi Strauss & Co.'s oldest facility, located in San Francisco and built just after the earthquake of 1906, is the exclusive site of manufacture for their vintage blue jean. It is fitting that this historical blue jean is made in a turn-of-the-century setting.
